I have always had a heart for helping others. In high school I helped care for a family friend’s infant for nearly two years while his mother regained stability. That experience shaped my passion for supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
My focus
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained and want practical tools to regain balance, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
My approach
My approach is collaborative and practical. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors. I also incorporate DBT and Solution-Focused strategies to help clients build coping skills and create meaningful change in daily life.
