Hi there, I'm Tanya!

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I specialize in women’s issues, including ADHD, life transitions, recovery from narcissistic abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on empowering you to navigate challenges and build resilience.

My focus

I welcome and support women of all ages, including those with diverse gender expressions and sexual orientations, as well as individuals who identify as non-binary. I occasionally work with men who have a disorder that I treat. I am most comfortable treating ADHD, life transitions, narcissistic abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety & substance use.

My approach

I’ve studied various therapeutic approaches and have found that CBT, ACT, DBT, and Somatic-based therapies are the most effective and useful for me in providing treatment. During therapy, I’ll use one or more of these therapies to treat you, as my client. I’ll personalize techniques to equip you with healthy tools and strategies for your needs.
