I am a licensed therapist with 11 years of experience in clinical mental health and academic research. I hold a Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and received my undergraduate and graduate education in Los Angeles.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I utilize various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), supportive therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I tailor my approach to your unique needs to help you reach your personal goals.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, emotional disturbance, self-esteem issues, trauma/PTSD, and women's issues. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process your experiences and emotions.

In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and collaborate to identify your treatment goals. I will take time to understand your background, current situation, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This session allows us to see if we are a good therapeutic fit.
