As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I work collaboratively with individuals, youth, families, and couples on their therapeutic, relational, and personal goals. I bring an eclectic, humanistic approach to supporting clients through life's challenges.

My focus

I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, ADHD, life changes, and OCD using DBT, CBT, NLP, and ACT. I also work with Military service members and veterans, having worked as an MFLC. I am an approved CalGETS provider for treating Gambling Disorder and problem gambling.

My approach

I consider myself an Eclectic Humanistic Psychotherapist, who will work collaboratively with you to find the most effective evidence-based modality of treatment and apply that modality according to your individual needs.

I am known to be very caring, kind, empathetic, non-judgmental, and respectfully culturally sensitive. I meet each unique client with unconditional positive regard.
