My journey in mental health began with a move that brought amazing opportunities but also stirred feelings of self-doubt, fear, and confusion. Seeking guidance from a psychotherapist, I found transformative support that inspired my commitment to helping others find their path.

I follow a collaborative and client-centered approach when setting goals. Initially, we identify challenges, strengths, and your personal history. Building a therapeutic alliance helps you gain trust and gradually communicate more openly about what changes you want to see and goals you want to accomplish.

Our first session

In our initial session, we'll talk about what is currently prompting you to seek therapy and explore how these issues have been impacting your life. I'll also take time to understand your expectations for therapy, clarify the limits of confidentiality, and address any questions you may have about me and the therapeutic process.
