My approach

As a social worker, I like to look at the whole environment to identify strengths and areas where more support would be helpful. Our mind, body, spirit, and environment are interconnected. I offer existential, dialectical behavioral (DBT), IFS-informed care, mindfulness-based, interpersonal, and strength-based therapy.

My communication style

I am my most authentic self in hopes that you can also be your most authentic self. I provide feedback and point out patterns I notice in a direct yet kind manner. Let's go at your pace while gently nudging you to create the life you want to live.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through my own experience accessing mental health care, I learned the importance of feeling accepted and heard. I want to provide that space to others and honor the people I've learned from along the way.
