My journey into motherhood deepened my passion for what I do, especially when it comes to Maternal Mental Health. Having personally experienced infertility, loss, postpartum struggles, and the challenges of motherhood, I understand firsthand how overwhelming and isolating it can feel.

My goals for you

When it comes to goal setting, I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating realistic, attainable goals that fit their current situation and needs. This is a collaborative process—we work together as a team to identify what's important to them and break it down into measurable, manageable steps.

Our first session

This session is also about making sure we're a good fit—therapy works best when there's a strong, comfortable connection. If we both feel like it's a good match, we'll move forward with the intake process and start building a plan that aligns with their needs and goals.
