Hi there, I'm Linda!

I work with individuals, couples, and families addressing anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, and the stress of life transitions. My goal is to help you understand your challenges and build the skills needed to reduce symptoms and increase healthy functioning.

My focus

I have experience with serious illnesses such as cancer, dementia, and end-of-life issues. I work extensively with young people transitioning into adulthood and enjoy working with children using play therapy. I also work with couples and can offer a biblical approach to therapy if requested.

My approach

I tailor my approach to your individual needs, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Structural Family Therapy. Through empathy and positive regard, I create a safe environment where you can explore your concerns and develop effective coping strategies.
