My journey to mental healthcare

Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other personal challenges. It has been deeply meaningful to walk alongside individuals as they navigate difficult life experiences and work toward healing and growth. Through this work, I have witnessed the resilience and strength of clients.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to therapy. My role is to provide guidance and support as we work collaboratively toward healing and growth. Together, we will identify healthy coping skills, validate your experiences, and clarify your goals.
