I bring a warm, genuine, clear, and collaborative communication style. I listen deeply, reflect on what I hear, and respond with true understanding. Clients often describe feeling safe, seen, and accepted as they share without judgment, allowing exploration into their inner world with clarity and compassion.

My journey to mental healthcare

Losing a close friend during college reshaped my priorities and directed me toward mental health care.  I felt compelled to help others navigate pain with compassion and insight. This drive- grounded in personal experience and empathy- fuels my commitment to accompany clients on their journeys toward healing, growth,  and deeper self-understanding.

My goals for you

I believe that the most meaningful goals are created with clients, not for them. I help break intentions into realistic, achievable steps, while always honoring the client's pace and personal values. I'll regularly revisit goals with my clients to reflect progress, celebrate strengths, and adjust as life evolves.

Our first session

In our first session, I'll take the time to welcome you with empathy and curiosity, inviting you to share what brings you to therapy. We'll explore what matters most - what you'd like to change and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask gentle questions about your history, recent experiences, patterns you notice, coping strategies, and strengths.
