I believe in supporting clients in clever and personalized ways. The most important of these is to have a trusted and caring relationship as a safe base for trying out new things.

My goals for you

I am a firm believer that clients reach their goals and that a good therapist combines a depth of scientific knowledge with a depth of understanding of a particular person.

I start with setting the framework. Then, I ask open questions and get the ball rolling on learning what important things are going on in your life and how I can be of support.
