I work with women who feel there has to be more to life and desire a new way. Women who are tired, numb, overachievers, self-sacrificing, and learning to love and nurture themselves.

My approach this time is for you and is a courageous act of self-love. I have an inclusive style and will tailor sessions, taking into consideration the wholeness of an individual's mind, body, and soul.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am a lifelong learner, passionate about my life, and aware of knowing this moment is the only truth, and I am the creator of my life. As a teen, I heard, "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others" - M. Gandhi, and I was hooked.
