One of the greatest joys of being a therapist is witnessing clients achieve their goals and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives. I entered this field with the intention of creating the kind of space where people feel truly seen, supported, and lifted up—because I know the impact of having those experiences myself.

I view the first session as a chance for us to get to know one another, explore what has brought you to therapy, and begin building a shared understanding of your goals. It’s also an opportunity to establish the values, expectations, and foundation for our work together moving forward.
