Hi there, I'm Ker!

A big part of my therapeutic process involves emotional processing, acknowledging your feelings and learning how to move through them with compassion. Acknowledging your feelings helps you gain clarity on your wants and needs and moves you in a direction that honors you.

My focus

I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationship patterns, low self-esteem, and unresolved trauma. Many clients come during transitions such as breakup, divorce, or identity crisis. Others struggle with impostor syndrome, guilt, shame, intimacy issues, or overwhelming emotions.

My approach

I draw from Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, attachment theory, relational therapy, strength-based approaches, humanistic principles, and solution-focused techniques. This integrative approach allows me to meet you where you are and support you in meaningful, lasting change.
