I received my master's degree from the University of the Pacific and have since been fortunate to work with diverse populations within the criminal justice and psychiatric hospital systems.

My goals for you

I utilize a collaborative approach to help empower each individual to use the strengths they already have while incorporating new tools to achieve their goals.

Our first session

During our first session, we will get to know one another and begin to discuss your needs at your pace. We will focus on how structured you would like our sessions to be, identifying which modality(s) will work best for you, and identifying your goals. We will work to create a space of comfort, so you feel safe on the journey to meeting your goals.
