I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management, chronic pain, and self-esteem issues. I help clients develop stronger communication skills and work extensively with all age groups and the LGBTQ community.

Through motivational interviewing and by using the strengths perspectives model, I guide patients in establishing new perspectives, self-awareness, and utilizing personal strengths.
