My communication style

I would describe my communication style as warm, attuned, and collaborative. My intention is to create a safe environment where you can express yourself freely, fostering a genuine connection as we work together to uncover insights and cultivate your personal growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

Friends and strangers often told me I was a deep listener and should be a therapist. I didn't take this literally and decided to see where my creative interests led instead. Much later, on an afternoon walk, I stopped next to a random tree and suddenly had a clear picture of myself as a therapist. Two weeks later, I began my education in psychology.

My goals for you

Therapy starts with feeling safe and developing a therapeutic relationship you can trust. Together, we’ll explore beneath the surface and beyond the symptoms to help you navigate your way. The process of mental healing and wellness happens at your unique pace, and it’s my part to hold a safe space for you to let it unfold.

Our first session

The first session is about learning about one another and setting the space. I will have some curious questions to get familiar with your hopes and expectations, but otherwise, I will meet you where you are and where you wish to begin.
