Hi there, I'm Niloufar!

I am a licensed psychologist passionate about supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. This transition can bring sleepless nights, mood changes, disconnection, loneliness, and pressure to “do it all.” I provide a warm, supportive space to help you find balance, reconnect with yourself, and ease this life transition.

My focus

I work with clients experiencing postpartum anxiety, depression, birth trauma, intrusive thoughts, relationship stress, identity shifts, and the emotional challenges that can come with this major life adjustment.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to help clients manage anxiety, intrusive thoughts, the mental load of motherhood, and the transition into motherhood.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through my own journey into motherhood, I gained a deeper understanding of how major life transitions can impact emotional well-being, identity, and relationships. This experience strengthened my passion for helping women feel supported, empowered, and less alone during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood.
