My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist grew from years of working with youth, families, and individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and complex life circumstances. Witnessing the impact of compassionate support and advocacy inspired me to pursue social work and help others build on their strengths and overcome obstacles.
