I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and grief. I am a good fit for those focused on parenting, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

I use evidence-based practices that focus on elements of psychodynamic, mindfulness, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral treatment. That scientific backing, combined with a person-centered, culturally sensitive, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approach, allows me to work with you on finding the right plan and path forward.

My journey to mental healthcare

I felt a great responsibility to my community and the desire to seek meaningful work. I found that in social work and the various populations I have served. I was exposed to therapy and the tangible impact that working in unison towards common goals can create. I found those moments rewarding and they continue to motivate me to this day.
