I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California. I graduated from CSU Fresno with a BA in philosophy. I have a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Alliant International University in California. I am also an ex-veteran and have served in the US Navy for four years.
My approach
I am providing telehealth (online, face-to-face therapy) therapeutic format. I work with you to explore your inner psychological world to remove inner obstacles to get you on the path of healing.
My focus
I specialize in working with adults using evidence-based treatment approaches for those who experience anxiety, depression, and trauma-based diagnoses, specifically PTSD.
My communication style
People will often feel overwhelmed by what is going on in their lives. You do not have to suffer silently in this experience alone. Let's work together and understand where you are at and what you are going through, both to understand your psychological environment, remove the obstacles before you, and let the healing begin.
