You feel like you’re doing everything “right”, but you still feel disconnected and anxious. Finding a reliable therapist can be the first step in feeling like yourself again. As an LMFT, I focus on seeing people with anxiety and depression by helping them gain independence, develop new self-confidence, and bring peace back into their daily lives.

I love seeing a large variety of individuals, from those who are struggling with major life changes (begining college, marriage, infertility, divorce, career shifts, pregnancy), LGBTQ+, and those who are looking for some extra support to feel safe, understood, and empowered.
My approach
I take a collaborative treatment approach utilizing a mix of CBT, Attachment, and Neurobiology to help clients learn new ways of showing up for themselves. Together we will figure out what is working well, (what maybe isn't, AKA doomscrolling), and come up with solutions and goals we can work on together, every step of the way.
