I'm passionate about helping people navigate difficult moments and discover their strengths. Creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes drives my work as a therapist.

My goals for you

In our first session we establish treatment goals, but they can evolve as we move through sessions together. Goals are great for accountability and measuring progress, but I encourage exploration and experimentation around those goals as our rapport builds.

What you can expect from our first session together is for us to explore what inspired you to schedule a session and spend the majority of our time talking about your experience. The first session is about us building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
