Hi there, I'm Arlene!

In 2009, I graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had 15 years of experience working with women, children, and families. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience treating individuals with a wide array of mental health concerns.

My focus

The goal is to go to the past, but not stay in the past. Looking at the past helps individuals understand the roots of their pain and move forward with a healthier view of self, others, and God for their future.

My approach

My approach integrates traditional psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT) and biblical principles to help clients cope and heal from emotional pain. In addition, to address repeated and unwanted behaviors that have created interpersonal conflicts.
