As a Trauma-Informed therapist, I believe Transitional Age Folx deserve support. I support clients who are dealing with past trauma or other disheartening experiences and want to rebuild confidence. I always start with a brave look at their unique strengths to develop and implement coping strategies that actually work.
My focus
I have experience supporting adults, youth, and families from marginalized and institutional backgrounds. As a mental health professional, I advocate to break the stigma and bring awareness to emotional well-being and mental illness/instabilities, particularly within communities of color.
My approach
I show up for all sessions non-judgmental, empathic, and genuine, and I welcome first-time therapy seekers! I am committed to aiding my clients in healing past generational, systemic, and communal disparities to uplift skills that promote safe and healthy approaches for growing potential.
