I'm a good fit if you are feeling anxious, avoiding places you've had panic attacks, experiencing work burnout or occupational stress, grieving, dealing with family drama, caring for special needs kids, in a relationship rut, a perfectionist, tired of masking or faking it, not feeling yourself lately, or are a sleep-deprived new mom.
My approach
I use a combination of cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy, gradual exposure, and mindfulness approaches. I also incorporate writing exercises, behavioral activation, communication, and coping strategies and tools such as breathing techniques.
