My journey to mental healthcare
Coming from a family of law enforcement and military members I saw firsthand how trauma affects loved ones and saw the powerful effects of how seeking mental health help changed their lives. I also have personal lived experience with post-partum depression and anxiety after the birth of my two children which has inspired me to work with other women who have these symptoms as well.
