I provide individual therapy, with experience in the inpatient and outpatient settings, working with individuals across all life spans and acuity levels. I am a generalist therapist, blending solution-focused therapy, brief intervention, trauma-informed, strengths-based, resiliency-based, proficient in family systems, psychodynamic, and addiction.

I provide individual therapy services, treating individuals across all life spans and acuity levels. As a Psychiatric Social Worker, I have experience with individuals seeking a path of healing from trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, Schizophrenia, and psychotic disorders.
