Hi there, I'm Laura!

Welcome dear. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The approaches I primarily utilize with adult clients are person-centered and holistic. Many of the afflictions we endure are perfectly reasonable responses to the experiences, environments, and stresses of our daily lives.

My focus

I work best with individuals who are committed to authentic connection in therapy. I enjoy working with clients who need coping skills and strategies for managing anxiety or depression. I work well with clients who need psychoeducation. I’m a straightforward therapist who enjoys working with clients who are willing to do the work and make changes.

My approach

In our first session, we will meet each other as human beings. I will gently provide an introduction and engage in rapport-building conversation. It is my goal to learn about who you are and how to assist in your healing journey.
