My communication style

You can expect a respectful, non-judgmental communication. I strive to provide an honest, comfortable environment where you are free to express yourself as openly as possible. I engaged in active listening and utilize reflective statements to allow you to reflect on yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a first-generation college graduate my interest in working in therapy began as I learned about life and realized how life challenges can have an effect on our mental well-being. I enjoy helping people overcome personal challenges and obstacles that life throws at us. I believe that with support we can all succeed and live our best life possible.

My goals for you

I always ask clients what their goals are and how they expect therapy to support them with those goals. Therapy is what you decide to make it, you are the leader.

Our first session

In our first session, expect us to work on getting to know each other. We will ask each other questions to get comfortable with each other. We will discuss the approach that we will take and move at your own pace.
