My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can fully express yourself, gain insight, and take steps forward. In our work together, I’ll combine empathy with practical tools to help you along the way.

Struggling with anxious thoughts or self-doubt? I work with young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.

My approach

I believe everyone deserves an individualized approach to their mental health care and is ultimately in charge of their own journey. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in that therapeutic journey. I like to prioritize open communication and mutual respect in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen, support, and challenge you.

I value open communication and authenticity in relationships with others. I am to be warm and non-confrontational, which allows me to be open-minded to honest feedback from individuals that I am working with.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my provider journey as a behavioral specialist working with teens and young adults in an intensive outpatient setting for high-risk youth, seeing these individuals heal and grow in pursuit of their goals, inspired me to pursue my own as a clinical social worker and provide psychotherapy to the same population that inspired me.

My goals for you

I humbly believe that reaching goals is entirely up to the individual. I simply aim to create a safe space for clients to share their most intimate parts of themselves and provide them the support they need as they move forward on this journey.

Our first session

I always start with an introductory session, where we can get to know each other and identify what we will be prioritizing in your treatment. I aim to create a warm, welcoming space that allows you to feel comfortable and safe while sharing the most vulnerable parts of yourself. From there, we will work together in our sessions to move you further.
