I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach. I served in the U.S. Navy, and I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military Social Work.
My focus
I work with adults, adolescents, and children in an integrated healthcare setting. I address family interactions, sociocultural factors, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. My focus is on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychoeducation tailored to your unique needs.
My approach
I use Motivational Interviewing, TF-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, and Strength-Based Therapy. These approaches help you resolve ambivalent feelings, find internal motivation, and develop practical skills for lasting change in a supportive, empathetic environment.
