I work with adults experiencing depression and anxiety due to life transitions or trauma. I also have training in art therapy, where I use creative approaches to help individuals communicate and work through life's challenges in meaningful ways.

I specialize in working with adults dealing with life transitions, relationships, and family dynamics that lead to stress, depression, and anxiety. I also treat individuals experiencing trauma-related symptoms.

My approach

My approach depends on what you need. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for depression and anxiety, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you cope with difficult feelings. For trauma, I integrate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy interventions to support your healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always wanted to help people. I enjoy being part of their healing journey and feel that supporting others is my purpose and gift.

I work collaboratively with you to determine your therapy goals. The session time is yours, and I start with what you need. I'll review your progress regularly to see if any changes to our approach would help you reach your objectives.

Our first session

I'll listen to what brings you to therapy and gather background history to better understand your situation and develop tentative treatment goals. The information-gathering process continues throughout therapy as you feel more comfortable sharing.
