I provide therapy to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood and thought disorders, with co-occurring substance use challenges.

I endeavor to create a therapeutic partnership to encourage and empower clients to transcend distressing conditions. I work best with adults struggling with mood, thought, and substance use disorders.

I use a multi-modality approach frequently, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based, solution-focused, problem-solving, motivational interviewing, Christian concepts, and calming coping skills.
