I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, parental/postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use, and addiction.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each patient I work with. I most frequently utilize a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, which tends to be my clinical approach.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, I was highly intuitive and had the desire to help others. My own experiences and those of my friends and family led me to want to enter a field where I could ease the suffering of others around me.

My goals for you

When setting goals in therapy, I like to help my clients identify what they would like to get out of therapy. I believe it is important to visualize where you would like to be in the near and distant future.

Our first session

In the first session, I will ask questions about what brought you into therapy so I can get to know you and begin to understand the challenges you are experiencing. I will then begin building a relationship with you so I can understand your needs.
