Hi there, I'm Diana!

I go by Didi. I work with adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. I offer culturally adaptive services and am bilingual, providing a safe space for clients to heal and feel supported in their journey.

My focus

My approach tends to be a good match for adults who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, vicarious trauma, parents whose children have suffered sexual abuse, immigration trauma, or race-based identity trauma. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety related to transitional periods in their lives.

My approach

My approach is client-centered and non-judgmental. I collaborate with you to identify presenting issues and how they affect your daily life. Based on your needs, I draw from different modalities including sensory-based interventions to support you in feeling seen and heard during a vulnerable time.
