I began practicing as a therapist because I wanted to help people the hardest times of life. My approach
I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help you eliminate self-defeating thoughts and replace them with healthier ones. I may also draw from mindfulness tools and expressive arts therapy to help further healing and growth. The goal is to provide practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma while improving well-being.
