Our pain can lead us to freedom if we have the courage to examine what hurts. Healing is less about how pain manifests and more about the messages it conveys. Through a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach, we can heal wounded parts of ourselves and become available to live a more authentic and empowered life.
My focus
I work with individuals struggling with issues such as alcohol use, coping with chronic illness, building coping skills, depression, grief, navigating life transitions, exploring spirituality, and challenges related to LGBTQIA+ identity.

With gentle curiosity, we can start to explore the messages our pain is conveying and uncover the root of the unhealed parts of ourselves that desperately seek our attention and compassion.
