My journey stems from the profound impact of my grandmother, who remains my guiding angel. Experiencing the power of her presence taught me how crucial unconditional support is to growth and healing. I became a provider out of a deep desire to be of service, helping others find that same vital comfort and strength in their hardest moments.

By combining CBT thought-reframing and DBT emotion-regulation skills, I help you build a concrete toolkit. We regularly review your progress, celebrate your growth, and adjust our strategies so you always feel equipped to handle whatever life throws at you.
