I have a diverse background and skillset within the field of mental health. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to support teens and adults impacted by anxiety, depression, trauma/childhood trauma, and day-to-day life stressors.
My focus
My former career in law enforcement has led me to specialize in working with and supporting those who protect and serve. I also have a strong passion for working with adolescents, particularly at-risk teens. My goal is to help clients navigate through challenges by utilizing therapeutic tools that allow them to function throughout the day.

My approach to therapy is to exclusively meet the needs of my clients in hopes of creating and developing their own autonomy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps through collaborative efforts to change thinking patterns and Solution Focused Therapy helps construct solutions rather than focusing on problems.
