My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and understood. I’m especially drawn to the ways culture, family patterns, and generational experiences shape us. I want to help clients break cycles that no longer serve them while honoring where they come from.

I approach goals collaboratively, starting with what feels most meaningful to you. We’ll explore what you want to change, identify what’s within your control, and break larger goals into manageable steps. Your goals can evolve as you gain insight and better understand what you need.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll discuss your experiences, goals, relationships, and background while beginning to identify what feels most important to you.
