I can help you deal with difficult transitions of life through a lens that considers not only you but also your community, faith, and the circumstances that you are surrounded by. I am bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. I enjoy working with individuals and families from rural and impoverished communities.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, working with my clients to find the best fit. My approach is warm and empathic while empowering my clients to become who they truly want to be. My approach is primarily client-centered and to be fully present with where my client is currently.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping others and found my passion in supporting people through their most difficult times. I'm an advocate for holistic health, bringing wellness to all areas of life: physical, emotional, spiritual, and psychological.

I meet my clients where they are at and work collaboratively to discover strategies and solutions that help you create a life worth living. Goals are developed together with the client to include realistic, attainable goals and strategies on how to reach each desired goal.

You can expect a safe and judgment-free space where I will help you gain insight into struggles you may be facing and help you navigate your way back to the life you desire. First sessions are getting to know you better and identifying what you would like to work on in therapy.
