I work with clients facing personal conflicts, relationship or family troubles, and couples. I also support those experiencing depression, stress, or anxiety. These are the areas I'm most comfortable with and passionate about addressing.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help modify dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts by interrogating and uprooting negative or irrational beliefs. CBT rests on the idea that thoughts and perceptions influence behavior, empowering you to create lasting change.
