My communication style is calm and inquisitive in a non-judgmental way. If you prefer direct feedback, we can explore that through a strength-based focus. It's important to me that you feel comfortable sharing and getting the most out of our sessions. I communicate to help create a safe space for you.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is about working together to define what you want to accomplish. This often starts by building trust and getting comfortable with therapy. Over time, we reflect on these goals and the progress made.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about what brought you to therapy and how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to get to know you and any goals you may have. Don't worry if you don't have goals yet—we'll work on that together. The first session is about building connection and clarifying our next steps.
