Hi there, I'm Erin!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have past experience working with clients in crisis intervention, foster care, adoption, disabilities, suicidal ideation, and anxiety. I help adolescents and young adults struggling with everyday stress and past trauma to help them feel more comfortable with themselves.

My focus

I bring empathy and patience to each session, allowing clients to feel understood and supported, especially when dealing with heightened distress. Additionally, my experience with varied backgrounds equips me with the skills to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients, enabling them to navigate challenging emotions and build coping skills

My approach

Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been holding you back and build more supportive ways of thinking. I offer practical tools and a collaborative approach to help you feel more confident, grounded, and supported in your day-to-day life.
