I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who is passionate about supporting all of my clients through challenging times. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population via telehealth. I use CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I typically work with children and adolescents who deal with family and school difficulties and normal developmental problems, and adults and geriatric adults who struggle with relationship problems, work stress, and grief and loss.
My approach
My therapeutic approach varies based on the needs of each client. The most common theoretical approaches I use in my practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches help clients construct change and achieve their mental health goals.
