No human is immune from heartache, loss, fear, insecurities, and traumas, big and small. If you’re alive, you’ve experienced some STUFF, and you don’t have to carry the burden alone. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed care using EMDR, CBT, Brainspotting, and relational approaches to help you heal, grow, and find balance.

I work with teens and adults facing anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, and life transitions—especially those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. As the sibling of a firefighter and active-duty soldier, I also bring deep respect and understanding to supporting those who serve, offering a space for healing, resilience, and growth.
