My communication style

I come with a very gentle, client-centered approach, which means that one of my main focuses is to create a warm, supportive, and encouraging space for you to discuss the things you want to discuss in the therapy room. My goal is to make sure you feel heard and supported - from there, we can work together to identify areas for growth and change!

My journey to mental healthcare

I entered the mental health field as a school counselor, supporting at-risk students. I found the work rewarding because I witnessed so many students overcome hardship to reach their goals. I loved the mental health and connection part of the job, so I decided to pursue therapy full-time!

My goals for you

Goal setting with me is a very collaborative process! I love to hear the most important things clients want from therapy and will engage with them to create tangible treatment goals that we can work toward.

Our first session

Our first session is focused on getting to know you. What do you want from therapy? What brought you here? It's also an opportunity for you to get to know me and determine whether my style would be a good fit. We'll go over your immediate concerns, explore potential goals, and discuss how I can support you.
