Hi there, I'm Beth!

Do you often feel like your emotions are working against you? I can help! I often support clients who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment in which my clients can find more inner and outer harmony in their lives.

My focus

Do you struggle with relaxing both within relationships and within yourself? I specialize in working with adults of all ages with anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. I am also a proudly neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and poly/ENM affirming therapist.

My approach

I primarily draw from CBT and person-centered therapy to create a strong therapeutic relationship from which clients can better understand themselves and find ways of unlearning the habits that no longer work for them. I adjust my pace & approach to what each client needs. I also help clients discover the power to change that they already possess!
