Hi there, I'm Jessica!

I provide individual therapy to adults and teens. Creating a space where you can be yourself- openly and without judgment- is important to me. Together, we will work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

My focus

I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of trauma and grief/loss. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I’m especially mindful of how culture, family, and intergenerational experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others.

My approach

My approach is centered on building a genuine, trusting relationship, and I use a variety of evidence based practices to help my clients reach their goals. I primarily use CBT and Psychodynamic to help you build insight, understand patterns, and develop practical skills.
